Dosi per 4:

600 g patate
1 rametto Rosmarino
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco secco
2 spicchi aglio
Pepe in grani

Sistemare le patate a tocchetti in una pirofila unta di olio, unire il Rosmarino e l'aglio e cuocere in forno, a calore medio, mescolando ogni tanto. Verso il termine della cottura, condire con sale e Pepe, eliminare il Rosmarino e l'aglio e mescolare. Versare il vino, alzare il calore e lasciarlo evaporare.
