Dosi per 4:

1 kg patate
2 cipolle
50 g burro

Tagliare a fettine le cipolle e farle rosolare nel burro. Lavare e sbucciare le patate e tagliarle a fette larghe.

Metterle nel soffritto di cipolla e farle insaporire. Salare e coprire la padella. Finire di cuocere, mescolando ogni tanto.
