PATATE IN PADELLA

patate_padella Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1/2 kg patate
2 peperoni dolci tagliati a Julienne
3 cucchiai olio
sale

Lessare le patate con la buccia. Scolarle, passarle nell'acqua fredda, scolarle ancora, pelarle e tagliarle a fette rotonde alte 1/2 cm. Disporle a strati in una Terrina salando leggermente e lasciarle intiepidire. Scaldare l'olio, unire i peperoni e soffriggerli a fuoco molto vivace per 5' affinché l'olio si insaporisca. Versarlo sulle patate, mescolare senza romperle con un cucchiaio di legno e servire subito.
