PATATE ALLE OLIVE

Ingredienti per 4 persone

1kg patate
1 bustina Zafferano
1 cipolla
150 g olive verdi e nere snocciolate
1 dado
q.b. olio
timo
Alloro
Rosmarino
sale
Pepe

Preparazione

  1. sbucciare le patate e tagliarle a tocchetti
  2. far soffriggre nell'oilo la cipolla affettata
  3. versare la patate e gli aromi
  4. aggiungere 1 bicchiere di acqua calda con lo Zafferano diluito ed 1 dado
  5. cuocere per 10 minuti ed aggiungere le olive
  6. terminare la cottura (non deve rimanere nulla del bicchiere d'acqua)
  7. servire aggiustando di sale e Pepe
