Dosi per 4:

400 g patate tagliate a fette
400 g pomodori pelati, a fette
400 g cipolle ad anelli
4 cucchiai olio
3 cucchiai pangrattato
1/2 cucchiaio Pecorino grattugiato
1 pizzico origano

Disporre le verdure, a strati alternati, in una pirofila unta di olio, spolverizzando di sale e Pecorino ogni strato. Terminare con uno strato di pomodori, spolverizzare di pangrattato e di origano. Versare su tutta la superficie l'olio e mettere in forno già caldo (160oC) per circa 1 ora. Servire caldo.
