Salvia e Rosmarino tritati
burro per ungere la pirofila
parmigiano grattugiato

Sbucciate le patate e tagliatele a fettine. Ungete con il burro una pirofila da forno e preparate uno strato di patate, coprite con il trito di scalogno, un pizzico di sale, parmigiano, Salvia e Rosmarino.

Continuate a fare strati fino al termine delle patate e finite con il parmigiano grattugiato. Cuocete in forno caldo a 220o per 45 minuti.
