PATATE AL GRATIN

Dosi per 4.

Fondere a fiamma dolce 4 cucchiai di burro, unirvi 2 cucchiai di farina e 2 tazze di brodo. Mescolare e unire 800 g di patate sbucciate e tagliate a dadini, sale, Pepe e 1 cucchiaio di Paprika.

Cuocere le patate per 15 minuti e unirvi 80 gr di prosciutto crudo tagliato a striscioline e 80 gr di cubetti di lingua salmistrata.

Versare il tutto in una teglia, condire con 50 gr di Pecorino grattugiato e 1/2 bicchiere di panna. Far gratinare in forno caldo per 30 minuti a 190o.
