Dosi per 4:

1 kg patate
Rosmarino
olio
sale

Lessare le patate in acqua non salata senza far terminare la cottura. Sbucciarle e tagliarle a tocchetti. Sistemarle in una teglia unta di olio con il Rosmarino. Farle dorare in forno e solo prima di portarle in tavola, salarle.
