Dosi per 4:

700 g patate
200 g bacon in una Sola fetta
1 rametto Salvia
1 rametto Rosmarino

Lessare un po' al dente le patate con la buccia, quindi sbucciarle. Tritare le erbe, tagliare il bacon a dadini e friggerlo in poco olio. Tagliare le patate a tocchetti, mescolarle al bacon e insaporirle con le erbe. Salare, pepare e trasferire la preparazione in una teglia da forno unta con poco olio. Irrorare le patate con un filo di olio e passarle in forno a 200' per circa 20', mescolando spesso.
