Dosi per 4:

450 g spinaci surgelati
1 pugno mollica di pane raffermo
100 g emmenthal grattugiato
2 uova

Scongelate gli spinaci in acqua bollente, strizzateli e insaporiteli in una casseruola per 5 minuti con 20 g. di burro e un cucchiaio d'olio. Poneteli in una Terrina, unite il formaggio, il pane sbriciolato e 2 cucchiai di panna. Mescolate, unite 1 uovo e 1 tuorlo. Salate e amalgamate. Versate il composto in uno stampo imburrato, coprite e cuocete per 45' a bagnomaria.
