Dosi per 4:

200 g riso
4 melanzane
50 g burro
100 g parmigiano grattugiato

Lessare al dente le melanzane e con un cucchiaino svuotarle di parte della polpa.

Lessare il riso, condirlo con il burro, il parmigiano, il prezzemolo e il Basilico tritati, il sale e il Pepe.

Riempire le melanzane con il riso, disporle in una teglia unta di olio, infornare per circa 10 minuti e servire.
