Dosi per 4:

450 g melanzane grigliate
300 g polpa di pomodoro
1 spicchio aglio
40 g olio
200 g ricotta
40 g grana a scaglie

Passare al mixer la polpa di pomodoro, unire il succo di uno spicchio di aglio il Basilico tritato, il timo, sale e Peperoncino tritato. Sistemare le melanzane in una pirofila, versarvi la salsa di pomodoro, la ricotta e il grana. Coprire con carta stagnola e mettere in forno caldo a 180oC per 20 minuti. Togliere la carta e far gratinare per 15 minuti. Servire tiepido.
