Dosi per 4:

6 melanzane piccole
2 spicchi aglio tritati
1 manciata prezzemolo tritato
4 cucchiai olio

Affettare le melanzane nel senso della lunghezza e metterle sotto sale. Quindi sciacquarle ed asciugarle con un panno. Inciderle leggermente per facilitare la cottura. Metterle in una Terrina con l'olio, l'aglio, il prezzemolo, il sale e il Pepe e lasciarle marinare per 20'. Scaldare la graticola e rosolarle 10' per parte.
