4 melanzane
1 uovo

Tagliare le melanzane a fettine e metterle a perdere l'acqua sotto sale. Passarle nella farina, nell'uovo sbattuto e nel pangrattato e friggerle in olio caldo.

Adagiarle in una teglia, cospargerle con scaglie di grana, passarle in forno caldo a 200o per qualche minuto per far fondere il formaggio e servire.
