Le ricette di Pierre



Dosi per 4:

800 g melanzane
4 pomodori
150 g olive verdi
2 cucchiai zucchero

Lavare le melanzane, affettarle nel senso della lunghezza, tagliarle a dadini, salarle e lasciarle riposare per circa 30 minuti.

Friggerle in olio bollente, aggiungere i pomodori tagliati a pezzetti, le olive snocciolate e il Basilico tritato. Unire lo zucchero, l'aceto e lasciare pochi minuti sul fuoco.

Servire le melanzane fredde.
