LATTUGA IN VINAIGRETTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 cespo di lattuga
1 limone
olio
sale
Pepe

Sfogliare la lattuga, mettere le foglie in una casseruola con l'acqua leggermente salata e far cuocere, coperto, per circa 10 minuti.

Emulsionare olio, succo di limone, sale e Pepe, versare sulla lattuga, mescolare delicatamente e servire.
