LATTUGA ALLA FRANCESE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 lattuga romana
3 cucchiai panna liquida
2 cucchiai succo di limone
Pepe
sale

Pulire, lavare e trinciare sottilmente la lattuga. Condirla con poco sale, limone e la panna non troppo densa. Mescolare bene e servire.
