Dosi per 4:

3 peperoni 2 rossi e 1 giallo
100 g olive nere
6 filetti Acciuga dissalati
1/2 spicchio aglio
1 cucchiaio Capperi
olio d'oliva

Abbrustolire i peperoni, spellarli e tagliarli a strisce. Frullare le olive, le Acciughe, i Capperi, l'aglio, il Basilico, il prezzemolo, sale, Pepe e olio fino ad ottenere una salsa densa. Spalmare con questa i peperoni, arrotolarli e distribuirli sul piatto di portata alternando i colori.
