4 costole sedano bianco
1/2 sedano rapa tagliato a Julienne
1 mela acidula
50 g emmental
8 olive verdi snocciolate
succo di limone

Tagliare a fettine sottili il sedano bianco, unire il sedano rapa, la mela affettata sottile, il formaggio a bastoncini e le olive tagliate a metà. Condire con olio, succo di limone, sale e Pepe
