FUNGHI ALLA PARMIGIANA MONTELLO

Togliete l'estremità inferiore ai funghi, passateli sotto l'acqua fredda corrente e metteteli a fettine in una teglia larga e bassa alternati con parmigiano grattugiato e conditi con sale, Pepe e poco olio. Cuocete con coperchio e aggiungete un limone a metà cottura.
