Dosi per 4:

500 g funghi coltivati
80 g burro
25 g parmigiano
1 dado da brodo

Tagliare a listarelle larghe i funghi, Tritare un grosso spicchio d'aglio, insieme ad una manciata di prezzemolo e fare appassire il trito con il burro.

Far insaporire in questo trito i funghi ed unirvi il sale ed il dado, infine pepare. Cuocere per 10 minuti, unire il parmigiano e passare in forno, già caldo a 200o, per circa 25 minuti. Servire caldo su di un piatto.
