FUNGHI AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg funghi ovoli
1 spicchio aglio
prezzemolo
origano
foglie di vite
1 bicchiere olio
sale

Mettere in una pirofila alcune foglie di vite lavate, adagiarvi sopra le cappelle dei funghi pulite, versare metà dell'olio e salare.

Tritare i gambi dei funghi con l'aglio e il prezzemolo e riempire le cappelle. Cospargere con il rimanente olio e l' origano, infornare per circa 30 minuti e servire.
