funghi_champignon_marsala Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione champignon Findus
50 g burro
1 spicchio aglio
1 bicchiere panna liquida
2 tuorli d'uovo

Far insaporire in una pirofila i funghi con burro ed aglio. Salare e pepare. Spruzzarli con il marsala e quando sarà evaporato, aggiungere la panna liquida mescolata con i tuorli d'uovo. Mettere in forno e far gratinare.
