funghi_Besciamella Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g funghi muisti puliti e affettati
2 tazze Besciamella
40 g burro
1 bicchiere panna liquida
3 cucchiai olio
parmigiano grattugiato
1/2 cipolla

Soffriggere la cipolla nell'olio con sale e Pepe. Unire i funghi e cuocere per 10' circa. Metterli in una pirofila imburrata. Allungare la Besciamella con la panna e unire un pugno di parmigiano Versarla sui funghi, cospargere con qualche fiocchetto di burro e mettere in forno a gratinare.
