Ingredienti per 4 persone

8 Fiori di zucca
2 patate novelle (medie)
150gtonno sott'olio
100 g Fontina
q.b. olio d'oliva


  1. lessare le patate, sbucciarle e metterle nel mixer
  2. unire il tonno sgocciolato, il prezzemolo e l'origano
  3. aggiustare di sale e Pepe e versare in una Terrina, ove incorporare la Fontina tagliata a quadretti
  4. privare dei pistilli i Fiori di zucca e riempirli con il composto
  5. mettere i fiori in una teglia, versare un filo d'olio e cuocere in forno per 20 minuti a 200o
