FINOCCHI AL VAPORE

finocchi_vapore Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 finocchi
70 g tonno
2 filetti Acciughe
100 g ricotta
1 limone
Capperi
sale
Pepe

Mondare e tagliare in 4 spicchi i finocchic, lavarli e cuocerli per circa 20 minuti a vapore.

Frullare il tonno, i filetti d'Acciughe, i Capperi, la ricotta, il succo di limone, il sale e il Pepe fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso. Servire i finocchi accompagnati da questa crema.
