finocchi_salto Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 finocchi
vino bianco
1 dado
grana grattugiato

Tagliare a pezzetti i finocchi, farli rosolare in olio e aglio, spruzzarli di vino, sbriciolarvi sopra il dado e cuocere per 20'. Salare e pepare, quindi cospargere con il grana e coprire per far fondere il formaggio.
