3 finocchi
vino bianco
trito di olive verdi e nere

Tagliare in 4 spicchi i finocchi, lessarli per 20' poi passarli in padella con burro fuso. Spruzzarli con poco vino, cospargerli con il trito di olive e cuocerli piano, fino a che il vino sarà evaporato.
