finocchi_gratinati Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g finocchi
40 g burro
1 bicchiere latte
3 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
1 dl Besciamella
burro per la pirofila

Mondare i finocchi, tagliarli a spicchi e scottarli per 10' in acqua salata. Scolarli bene e farli soffriggere con 40 gr di burro, bagnare poco per volta con il latte e dopo 15' disporli nella pirofila imburrata. Spolverizzare con il parmigiano e ricoprirli con la Besciamella. Passare in forno ben caldo (200') fino a quando la superficie sarà dorata
