Dosi per 4:

4 finocchi
1 carota
1 costola sedano
1 cipolla
brodo di dado

Tagliare a spicchi i finocchi, disporli in una pirofila unta di olio, spargervi sopra la carota e il sedano a Julienne e la cipolla affettata a velo.

Bagnare con un mestolo di brodo, salare, pepare, coprire con carta di alluminio. Cuocere in forno a 200oC per 20 minuti.
