Dosi per 4:

4 finocchi
30 g burro
1 confezione Besciamella già pronta
grana grattugiato

Mondare i finocchi, tagliarli a fette per il lungo, farli rosolare in padella con il burro, salarli e lasciar cuocere per circa 10 minuti.

Adagiare i finocchi in una pirofila imburrata, spolverizzarli di grana, coprirli con la Besciamella e infornare a 180 gradi per circa 20 minuti.
