finocchi_agro Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 finocchi
50 g burro
2 limoni
prezzemolo tritato

Mondare e tagliare a spicchi i finocchi Lessarli, adagiarli su un piatto da portata e salarli. Fondere il burro e mescolarlo fuori dal fuoco con il succo dei limoni, una presa di Paprica e il prezzemo tritato. Versare la salsa sui finocchi e servire.
