FINOCCHI ALL'ACETO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 finocchi
olio
burro
1 cipolla
2 cucchiai aceto normale
1 cucchiaio aceto aromatico
sale
Pepe

Affettare in senso verticale i finocchi mondati e rosolarli con un po' di olio e burro e la cipolla tritata.

Spruzzarli con l'aceto, salare, pepare e cuocere per 35 minuti bagnando con un po' di brodo.
