FAVE E YOGURT

Dosi per 4.

Lessare separatamente 750 g. di Fave fresche e 4 cucchiai di riso. Scolarli e mescolarli mentre sono ancora caldi.

Condirli con sale, Pepe, 1 spicchio di aglio tritato e 1 bicchiere di yogourt.

Unire 1 uovo sbattuto e rimettere il tutto al fuoco sempre rimescolando.

Quando la salsa inizia ad addensarsi il piatto è pronto.

Si puo' servire caldo o freddo.
