Dosi per 4:
400 g Fave già sgranate
2 cipolline fresche tagliate per il lungo a strisce sottili
3 cucchiai prezzemolo tritato
1/2 cucchiaio cime di finocchio fresche, tritate finemente
4 grani Pepe
succo di 1/2 limone
1 dl olio
1.5 dl acqua
Pepe in polvere

Mettere sul fuoco le Fave con olio, cipolline, metà prezzemolo, cime di finocchio, Pepe in polvere e in grani, sale, acqua e portare a ebollizione. Abbassare la fiamma e cuocere per 50'. Appena prima di togliere dal fuoco unire il succo di limone e il rimanente prezzemolo.
