FAGIOLINI ALLO YOGURT

fagiolini_yogurt Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g fagiolini
burro
1 cipolla
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
1 spicchio aglio
2 cucchiai farina
1 vasetto yogurt intero
latte
sale

Cuocere i fagiolini per 5' in acqua bollente salata e scolarli. Far appassire in 50 gr di burro a fuoco basso la cipolla affettata al velo, il prezzemolo tritato e l'aglio schiacciato. Unire, mescolando, la farina e farla imbiondire, quindi versare lo yogurt e 6 cucchiai di latte. Cuocere per 5' quindi unire i fagiolini e amalgamarli con la salsa. Cuocere ancora 5' e servire caldo.
