fagiolini_worcester Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g fagiolini
1 mestolo brodo
1 cucchiaio concentrato di pomodoro
1 cucchiaino worcester

Lessare i fagiolini, insaporirli in padella con burro e aglio. Diluire nel brodo il concentrato di pomodoro e la worcester. Irrorare i fagiolini con il brodo, far addensare la salsa e servire caldi.
