Dosi per 4:

450 g fagiolini
20 olive nere snocciolate
3 fette pan carré
1 limone
1 spicchio aglio

Cuocere i fagiolini surgelati per 10 minuti in acqua salata e scolarli.

Togliere la crosta alle fette di pane, tagliarle a dadini e farle dorare con una noce di burro.

Mettere in una padella l'olio, il burro, l'aglio tritato, i fagiolini, le olive tagliate a metà e i dadini di pane, salare, far insaporire, irrorare con il succo di limone e servire.
