FAGIOLINI AL LATTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g fagiolini
1/2 cipolla
1 cucchiaio farina
1/2 l latte
olio
burro
sale
Pepe

Tritare la cipolla e soffriggerla in olio e burro, aggiungere i fagiolini lessati e continuare la cottura per pochi minuti.

Unire la farina, il latte, il sale e il Pepe e cuocere ancora a fuoco lento.

Servire i fagiolini ben caldi.
