FAGIOLINI GRATINATI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g fagiolini
100 g prosciutto cotto
50 g burro
1 tazza Besciamella
sale

Tagliare a dadini il prosciutto e mescolarlo alla Besciamella. Mettere a strati in una pirofila imburrata i fagiolini lessati e la Besciamella terminando con uno strato di Besciamella. Regolare di sale, cospargere con fiocchetti di burro, far gratinare in forno e servire.
