fagiolini_delicati_tegame Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

600 g fagiolini surgelati 100 g Fontina
100 g farina
60 g burro
1/2 l latte
Noce moscata

Lessare i fagiolini in acqua bollente salata, scolarli al dente e sistemarli in un tegame. Preparare una Besciamella con farina, latte, burro, sale, Pepe e noce moscata. Una volta pronta, aggiungere il formaggio a scaglie e lasciare che fonda. Versare la Besciamella sui fagiolini, rimettere su fuoco lento e terminare la cottura, mescolando con delicatezza.
