Dosi per 4:

500 g fagiolini
50 g burro
1 spicchio aglio

Lessare i fagiolini per circa 20 minuti in acqua salata, scolarli, metterli in padella con il burro e l'aglio, cospargerli con abbondante Basilico tritato e far insaporire per circa 10 minuti.

Regolare di sale, unire altro Basilico e servire.
