FAGIOLINI AGLIO E OLIO

fagiolini_aglio_olio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g fagiolini
1 spicchio aglio
2 cucchiai olio
prezzemolo
sale

Scottare i fagiolini per 10' in acqua bollente salata e sgocciolarli bene. Imbiondire l'aglio nell'olio, eliminarlo quando sarà colorito e unire i fagiolini. Far rosolare a fuoco vivace, salare e completare la cottura mescolando spesso. A cottura quasi ultimata unire il prezzemolo e servire caldi.
