fagioli_insalata Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g fagioli borlotti
1 cipollina fresca

Lessare i fagioli, scolarli e condirli ancora tiepidi con anellini di cipolla e una salsetta di olio, aceto, Senape, sale e Pepe. Si puo' sostituire la cipolla con un cuoricino di sedano tagliato a bastoncini o fettine di peperoni arrostiti.
