Dosi per 4:

1 kg fagioli freschi
5 cucchiai olio
2 spicchi aglio
4 filetti Alici
5 cucchiai aceto
1 mazzetto Basilico

Lessare i fagioli per 1 ora e mezza. Dorare nell'olio l'aglio ed eliminarlo. Unire i filetti di Alici ridotti in poltiglia, bagnare con l'aceto e far rapprendere per 10'. Aromatizzare con il Basilico tritato, salare, pepare e lasciare sul fuoco per 2--3'. Condire con questo intingolo i fagioli freddi e ben scolati.
