500 g patate
1 piccola cipolla
1 cucchiaioCurry
In una pentola a pressione, scoperta, far rosolare l'olio e la cipolla tagliata fine, poi aggiungere le patate tagliate a tocchetti, farle rosolare un po', aggiungere il Curry e mescolare bene, continuando a rosolare a fuoco vivace per 1 minuto; salare, aggiungere 2 bicchieri d'acqua e chiudere la pentola a pressione. Far cuocere a pressione per 15 minuti, poi aprire e finire la ccottura a fuoco alto per far consumare un po' il brodo.
