CONTORNO MEDITERRANEO CON CIPOLLA IN AGRODOLCE

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione ``contorno mediterraneo" Findus
1 cipolla
olio
1 cucchiaino zucchero
aceto
brodo
Pepe
sale

Affettare grossolanamente una grossa cipolla e farla appassire in un tegame con olio. Cospargere con lo zucchero e bagnare con qualche cucchiaio di aceto. Salare, pepare e portare a completa cottura con poco brodo. Far rinvenire in un'altra padella il contorno, unire la cipolla in agrodolce, mescolare bene e servire.
