Dosi per 4:

8 carote tenere
1/2 tazza Maionese
1/2 tazza panna montata non dolcificata

Raschiare, lavare e asciugare le carote. Grattugiarle e mescolarvi la Maionese. Salare, se necessario, e unire la panna. Tenere al fresco prima di servire.
