Dosi per 4:

300 g cipolline
4 cucchiai di olio
1 cucchiaio zucchero
1/2 dado vegetale
2 cucchiai aceto
un po' vino bianco

Rosolare le cipolline nell'olio, unire lo zucchero, il Mezzo dado, l'aceto e un po' di vino. Lasciare stufare lentamente, prima a recipiente scoperto, poi quando le cipolline saranno colorite, a recipiente coperto, unendo, se necessario, un po' di acqua o un po' di brodo di dado.
