Dosi per 4:

4 cipolle bianche
4 spicchi aglio
6 foglie Salvia
4 cucchiaiate mollica di pane
2 cucchiai olio
30 g burro

Lessare le cipolle per 15' in acqua salata insieme all'aglio. Scolarle e con delicatezza scavarle con un cucchiaino. Tritare la polpa delle cipolle, l'aglio e la Salvia. Unire al trito la mollica di pane, l'olio, il sale e il Pepe. Con il composto riempire le cipolle, disporle in una pirofila, cospargere con pangrattato e cuocere in forno a 180o per 50'.
